The king studio with sofa bed was super comfy. The kitchen had everything, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all the kitchenware you need. The flat-screen TV and large seating area added to the coziness. The fitness centre was great for a quick workout. The bathroom was small but equipped with nice toiletries and a good shower.

I loved having a separate area for lounging too. However, there were significant issues with housekeeping. I had to ask for clean towels since it turned out housekeeping wasn’t scheduled daily. That caused some inconvenience, especially when I expected a basic level of cleaning during my stay. The bathroom dispensers were empty, and there wasn't extra toilet paper, which added to the frustrations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t communicate effectively about the housekeeping policy during check-in. While the layout and design were enjoyable, the facility definitely requires better maintenance. This hotel has potential, but there's a need for more consistent service.
